We offer worldwide shipping! Shipping rates will vary depending on your exact location.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package was lost or stolen, email shop@littlewinsstudio.com within 30 days after the estimated delivery date with your order number and receipt/purchase confirmation, and we’ll work with you to make it right at no extra cost!

misprinted, damaged, or defected items

If your package has been misprinted, damaged, or is defective, you can request a (free) replacement within 30 days after receiving your order by emailing shop@littlewinsstudio.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Receipt/purchase confirmation
  • A description of the problem in as much detail as possible
  • Photos (if relevant)

Keep in mind, we cannot offer replacements once the 30-day window has passed.

address errors

If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address when you placed your order, email shop@littlewinsstudio as soon as possible with your corrected address and order number. If we receive your email before your item has shipped, we can make that update in our system so it will ship to your correct address.

To correct mistakes, it is critical to contact us before our fulfillment partners ship your order, which is usually within ~5 days! Once the order has been shipped, we are not responsible for the delayed delivery or cost to reship the items. Unfortunately, once the item is sent to the wrong address, there’s nothing we can do until the package is sent back to us. Whoever receives the item at your old address, or the Post Office, would have to mark it “return to sender”, in order for this to happen.

NOTE: Updating the delivery address may lead to extra charges or a partial refund, depending on the delivery address and shipping method, but it will not reset the estimated fulfillment time. If you end up having additional charges, we’ll send you a PayPal invoice with the remaining cost to redirect your order.

unclaimed packages

If you provided an undeliverable address, the package was unclaimed at customs, or it wasn’t picked up from a parcel locker or pick-up point, it will be shipped back to our Printing partner. If our printing partner receives your package, we will reach out to you to notify you, re-confirm your delivery address, and ask how you’d like to proceed. If you still want your item, you can receive a reshipment within 30 days from the date we notify you.

NOTE: You will need to cover shipping charges for the reshipment. Once it reships, we’ll send you a PayPal invoice for the second shipping cost.

returns

Because we are currently working with a Print-on-Demand service that operates globally to fulfill your orders, we cannot offer size exchanges or refunds for buyers remorse. We recommend taking the extra time to be absolutely sure you would like to make a purchase, and double check your order details for sizing and shipping information, before placing your order. We want you to practice conscious consumer habits and truly love/want our items before you choose to place an order!
